Three, soon four

Today, on a beautiful sunny Vancouver-day, I spent the morning on a photo shoot with this great family of three, soon four. We shot for a couple of hours at Dundarave Park by the water in West Vancouver, and managed to find some nice shade in the harsh March sun.

The Swiss Army knife, a review of the Pentax K-x

OK, it may not open a bottle of wine for you or unscrew something, but other than that the Pentax K-x has a lot going for it. The camera is aggressively priced when comparing on-paper-features with fellow entry-level cameras, such as the Canon T1i and Nikon D5000, and when diving into the camera has quite a few bells and whistles to offer.

Fuji S200 review

I guess you can call me Fuji-san. Over the past months I have shot with and tested three different Fuji cameras. First the extra terrestrial F200 EXR, then the F70 EXR, and now the DSLR-like S200 EXR. Pretty sweet!

PMA2010

From February 21-23 I was fortunate enough to be part of the yearly photo conference and exhibition, the PMA. The Photograpy Marketing Association's exhibition is the largest in North America. Usually in Las Vegas, but this year held in Sunny Anaheim, CA.

Family of four

Back in October and November 2009 I was fortunate to shoot this great family over two sessions. The outdoor shots are from John Lawson Park in West Vancouver. A great location where we found some shade behind the pier right down by the water.
