Portrait photography Just recently, I saw a t-shirt reading: "I shoot people" with a camera printed on there. He-he, pretty cool! Personally, I can annotate the t-shirt with: "I shoot people, $200 a pop".
Seriously though, I love photographing people of, say, your maternity shots, kids shots, family portraits or graduation pictures.
Without getting too fuzzy-wuzzy here, photographing people is tremendously rewarding when you capture their beauty and 'extract' it to print. In my view everyone has something beautiful about them, it is then my job to see that and get it onto the camera sensor.
Reviews A long with my portrait photography, I also test and review cameras and lenses .

↑ "I loved your review [of the Fuji F200 EXR]. You obviously know your stuff, but you also know how to speak to consumers." -- Greg Poole, V.P. Imaging Division, Fujifilm Canada Inc.
Admittedly, I do feel like a kid-in-a-candy-store getting to play with all this new, cool camera technology. At the same time, I am excited to be helping folks in their buying process of picking up a new camera or lens. Be sure to check out the reviews and read what other folks had to say about them.
